Guarantee of Deliverability
MDI guarantees a minimum deliverability rate of 95% on all licensed postal records. Should returned mail exceed 5% of the total list quantity, MDI will reimburse
the client for the current minimum Third-Class Bulk Mail postage rate for each returned piece in excess of that 5% threshold.
To qualify for reimbursement, all returned mail pieces must be received by MDI within sixty (60) days from the date the list is shipped from our facility.
This guarantee applies exclusively to the postal records licensed for the applicable one-time-use mailing.
